Many citizens have told us how it is established practice to irrigate the playing area on Via Manzoni in the morning, making it difficult to practice area by the many children who play there. On several occasions
We request the administration (both phone calls and with written reports) to move the practice at times more appropriate (Type in the evening hours so as to discourage the often vandalism) but they just do not understand, you'd think there will be a matter of language ? Perhaps we should speak in English, German or French?
We think that language is more a matter of ears that do not want to hear.
We invite you to join us, perhaps many, crying out loud, hear us!!
