Good evening everyone! For those not watching the Festival of San Remo, or want to take a break here nell'intermezzo advertising .. a post to tell you of my purchases from yesterday afternoon:)
First of all, I went to pick up the packet of Snow Make Up products, the company being close to my house I have avoided paying the postage and I went to collect in person. The order does not really I did but a friend of mine and with the excuse .. I thought I'd put in a couple of little things for me! Snow Make Up is a brand that the first discovery I was immediately excited and satisfied. The first things I had were the palette "The Rainbow" and the set of basic brushes 7units of which I was excited, but I was curious to try the famous loose powder eye shadow in the jar and I were granted three beautiful .. ! Then going to go shopping with my boyfriend I found a booth and I took two ombrettini auction. Here's the loot!
* First Impressions: positivissime for all eyeshadows. We start by
mineral eyeshadows, all silky, fine powder of pure color. I've only Swatch, dry, but the result is already so very beautiful. They are all beautiful colors and full of sparkle that reflect light. The first is Pavone, a bright blue and ardently.
Moon Shadow it was love at first sight, is a delicate lilac-beige full of light reflective and very bright.
Gossip , the one for whom I have more expectations that did not disappoint, although it looks a lot like Shopping palette "The very dark" more Snow Make Up. A deep eggplant purple background with a smoky and warm reflections.
Another similarity is the one with the eye shadow Rod which I'll now see the photo with the swatch.
The main difference of this beautiful plum (No. 7) with Gossip is the presence of more discreet glitter. E 'writer and is very silky to the touch as indicated by the words on the package .. Pure Silk! The smell is sweet, cotton candy or vanilla, in any case I like it a lot. Same smell, slightly stronger than the last x eyeshadow Astra, the No. 1 white pearl.
Probably the strongest smell is due to a new and different wording, as even the packaging has changed. The first eye shadow, plum, was only available in the old format, instead of pearl white is the new pack. I bought an eye shadow around Christmas of this new series, No. 49 black impala and I was pleasantly pleased by the strong writing effect and the bright color. So for 3 €, I thought I could venture to buy more.
Speaking of similarities, the sweet smell of eyeshadows Astra I found in a recent purchase that I was very satisfied, shimmer powder and the base of the Essence of pearly Bottega Verde.
The first is a powder almost transparent with tiny glitter of reflecting in a very discreet and not at all garish light, really nice.
pearlescent base of Bottega Verde is a product that I have always looked down on, convinced that something was right for me. Then read the reviews of talented Sonia (click on the link to read his review) I was surprised and intrigued me. Having a little later received a coupon that allowed me to buy it for only € 2.99 instead that 13.99 (a big saving) are not made me go! And I was right! First of all I love the smell, sweet vanilla .. .. .. Sugar candy .. beautiful! The effect also for this base is light and absolutely descreto, suitable for any occasion without being excessive. It 's easy to apply and you can use either mixed with the foundation for a luminous effect, either alone or as over the face I have chosen, only certain areas that require more light, such as the upper bone zygomatic arch.
buying the base, the cashier gave me the opportunity to buy 2 other products of my choice for only € 3.99. I then decided to buy the soft blush with Vitamin E and Hyaluronic acid and Camouflage concealer with blueberry oil and Aloe extract. The blush I really enjoyed it, I got to try several times and I was satisfied. E 'with a silky matte finish, the color is bright and I must say that does what it promises, it lasts really long! The only flaw is the lack of a mirror in the box for quick touch-ups, but it is provided with a brush but it is really only for emergencies .. it is a bit duretta!
Finally, the corrector. One thing I will say that at first glance I was immediately reminded of the full coverage of kiko and is the first shop that reminds me of those green kiko, both packaging for the statements made, of course, for the product itself. This promises to be very opaque concealer and last a long time. But alas it was not very satisfactory. I chose the color (natural, because it's really intense to very dark) is a pale yellow verging on fishing very suitable to cover blemishes and dark circles, but the texture, especially for dark circles does not lend itself very well in the draft, almost always ending in small Righetti save and apply a small amount due shaded with a brush suitable for this purpose. The duration is not the best. I'm still using it, is certainly not bad, but not the best.
The pack is very practical in every case, has a handy mirror which is a small latex sponge for the preparation of the same, but for which I find very useful.
