Set the drawing size .
Approaching the subject from his leaf to represent you an estimate of the space it occupies: - If we are close to the subject, this will occupy 'a large part of the paper - If we will deal it away 'more space' small in relation to distance and therefore of the view.

2) Frame and represent the position of the subject. Staring main details, without going into too much detail, is the subject of a harmonic connotation within the space it occupies.

It 's very useful, occasionally, break away from design, to better observe the inconsistencies - if there are any - and correct them.
